18 USC 2257 Compliance Statement for My Adult Site

Lars Eighner's Adult Homepage does not contain any photographs or simulated photographs of minors in sexual situations and aside from my high school yearbook picture, does not contain any pictures at all of persons who were minors at the time of the photography. Lars Eighner's Adult Homepage does not contain any photographs or simulated photographs or other graphics of any kind of persons in sexual situations who are meant to be perceived as minors.

At present I am not the producer of any sexually-related photographs or simulated photographs that may be at this site. Records that are required for the photographs or simulated photographs are kept by the producers of the photographs or simulated photographs, and information about their records appears below.

No graphic of any kind at this site is meant to depict minors in sexual situations or nude minors. However some images do not require records be kept for one or more of the following reasons: the graphic is not a photograph or would not be mistaken for a photograph by any ordinary person, the images are not sexually explicit according to the definitions of the law, or the images were created before the records requirement took effect.

18 U.S.C. SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE NOTICE

With the exception of my high school yearbook photo, all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, are visual depictions of persons who were at least 18 years of age when those visual depictions were created. No use of the words "boy," "kid," "teen," "son," or similar words in text accompanying graphics is intended to imply that the persons depicted are minors or that persons described in the text, whether portrayed as actual or fictional, are minors.

Records for visual depictions for which record keeping are required by 18 USC §2257 and/or 28 CFR 75 are maintained by the Custodian of Records listed below.

Other visual depictions on this site are exempt from the the provisions of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 or are not photographs or virtually indistinguishable from photographs or were created before November 1, 1990, or produced, manufactured, published, duplicated, reproduced or reissued before May 26, 1992.
