   Mabel Shoultz
   Mabel E. Shoultz, 72, of Paynesville, died Wednesday,
   Feb. 28, 2001, at the Koronis Manor in Paynesville.

   Funeral services were Saturday, March 3, at the Grace United Methodist
   Church in Paynesville. The Rev. Ric Koehn officiated. Burial was in the
   Paynesville Cemetery.

   Mabel was born April 28, 1928, in Paynesville to Earl and Alice
   (Carlock) Eighner. She married Edward Shoultz on July 19, 1948, in
   Webster, S.D. She has been a resident of the Paynesville area all of
   her life.

   Survivors include children: {F code: sacaton} of Staples, {M code: 442} 
   of Paynesville, {F code: reach}   of Kandiyohi, {F code: 448} 
   of Paynesville,  and {M code: carburator} of
   Atwater; 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; sisters, 
   Betty (Myron) Jones of Minneapolis, 
   {F code: 404} of St. Anthony, 
   {F code: address} of Minneapolis, 
   {F code: 411} of Eden Valley; 
   and a brother {M code: blare} 
   of Paynesville.

   Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Edward (1991); a
   sister, Joan Jones; a great-grandson Dane Shoultz; and a
   great-granddaughter, Kayla Kascht.
